These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.noblecleans.co.uk (the "Site").

This Site is owned and operated by Samuel Brake, Noble Cleans.

This Site is a service provider. Noble Cleans ("us") is the service provider.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Samuel Brake and Noble Cleans. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Please note due to quality control we may take photos of the cleaning work that has been carried out within your property. The photos will never contain any personal information and may be used for our social media and/or website content on our Site. You can of course opt out by stating your preferences to not have photos of your property published by us, to the following email - hello@noblecleans.co.uk.
Acceptable Use
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:
- Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;
- Hack into the account of another user of the Site; or
- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.
Sale of Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.
The following services are available on our Site:
- Cleaning Services.
The services will be paid for in full in advance of the service, unless otherwise communicated by us.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- BACS;
- PayPal; and
- Cash.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
Once a service has been paid for, prior to it's completion, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds on any of our services. This includes refunds during the scheduled service or after the completion of the service. To cancel a service you must notify us of your intent before full payment of the service is made and received by us. If payment is made and you wish to cancel the service, you will still be charged. To confirm any bookings for any cleaning service we provide, full payment in advance is required, unless otherwise communicated by us.

If advance payment is not applicable and you have made a booking for a cleaning service, you must notify us at the very least 48 hours before your booking date and time that you wish to cancel the service. If the cancellation is made within the 48 hours from the start of your scheduled cleaning service, then you will still be liable and charged for the full amount for the time of the booked in service.

This does not affect your statutory rights or the law as set out by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you wish to cancel your services at any time, please notify us by emailing hello@noblecleans.co.uk or get in touch with us via our phone number (07929 825298) to discuss your options.
Guarantees
The following guarantees apply to our Site:
- Price Match Guarantee (End of Tenancy Cleans) - We guarantee to match the price of any other established cleaning service on the price of our End of Tenancy Clean against the price of the established business' End of Tenancy Clean offering the same full service we offer. An established business is regarded as being:

In operation for more than one calendar year.

Employ more than 5 employees and not be a sole trader.

- Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

Must not include any discounts or offers in the matched price.

Price must not have changed within the last month.

Price matched service cannot be offered to someone with a personal interest in the matched business.

The price match guarantee is only valid before and up to the point of advance payment.

This is not a retrospective price match, therefore is no longer applicable after payment is made.

This offer can be retracted and/or withdrawn at anytime.

-Satisfaction Guarantee - We guarantee 100% satisfaction for each clean and cleaning service we provide, within the time period. We also guarantee 100% of the money back from your deposit, for all in-person quoted End of Tenancy Cleans we provide, regarding any and all issues related to cleaning only. This does not include any maintenance issues. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service provided or feel that you did not properly receive the service you paid for, or the property in question did not pass checkout inspections for cleanliness, we will return to rectify any issues flagged by you, the customer, at your best convenience, without any further extra charges. This guarantee only applies for the time period of 48 hours after the cleaning service has been completed. These offers can be retracted and/or withdrawn at anytime. To log a complaint about the service provided if you are unsatisfied, please email hello@noblecleans.co.uk.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Samuel Brake and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Samuel Brake and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
