Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

Once a service has been paid for, prior to its completion, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds on any of our services. This includes refunds during the scheduled service or after the completion of the service. To cancel a service you must notify us of your intent before full payment of the service is made and received by us. If payment is made and you wish to cancel the service, you will still be charged. To confirm any bookings for any cleaning service we provide, full payment in advance is required, unless otherwise communicated by us.

If advance payment is not applicable and you have made a booking for a cleaning service, you must notify us at the very least 48 hours before your booking date and time that you wish to cancel the service. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours from the start of your scheduled cleaning service, then you will still be liable and charged for the full amount for the time of the booked in service.

This does not affect your statutory rights or the law as set out by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you wish to cancel your services at any time, please notify us by emailing hello@noblecleans.co.uk or get in touch via 01225 375156.

Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee — We guarantee 100% satisfaction for each clean and cleaning service we provide. We also guarantee 100% of the money back from your deposit, for all End of Tenancy Cleans we provide, regarding issues related to cleaning only. This does not include maintenance issues. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service provided or the property did not pass checkout inspections for cleanliness, we will return to rectify any issues at your best convenience without extra charges. This guarantee only applies for the 48 hours after the cleaning service has been completed. These offers can be retracted and/or withdrawn at any time. To log a complaint, please email hello@noblecleans.co.uk.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.

Limitation of Liability

Noble Cleans and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
